01. Service Scope
Loribeq Analytics provides specialized data modeling and predictive toolsets for Indonesian enterprises. Our services revolve around technical data processing and statistical forecasting workflows.
Acceptance of Protocols
Accessing loribeq.com signifies your binding acceptance of these terms. If you act on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions. Our solutions are designed for operational efficiency and data-driven decision making, specifically excluding any financial speculation or market-outcome guarantees.
Usage Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform for any illegal activities, data scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary predictive models. Any unauthorized access to our secure data science environments will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under Indonesian digital law.
Ownership of
Derived Logic.
All algorithms, custom code, UI elements, and methodology present on Loribeq Analytics are the exclusive property of Loribeq Analytics. Client data provided for processing remains the property of the client, while the predictive architecture used to process said data remains our intellectual property.
Liability Limitations
Loribeq Analytics provides predictive models based on historical data patterns. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of future outcomes. Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind regarding specific business results. We are not liable for operational decisions made by the client based on model outputs.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Loribeq Analytics harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms or your use of our platform in a manner that contradicts local regulations or ethical data standards.
Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has violated these terms or compromised the integrity of our predictive systems.
Jurisdictional Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Bandung, Indonesia.
Technical Compliance & Engagement
Platform Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance for model retraining and server calibration will be announced via official channels @loribeq.com.
External Integrations
Our platform may integrate with third-party software or data APIs. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those specific providers. Loribeq is not responsible for the stability of third-party datasets.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Predictive analytics is a statistical probability methodology. It is not a certainty. Decisions based on our models are the sole responsibility of the client.
